Zuzana Čmelíková

She woke up her passion for self-knowing and self-awareness during her
studies in Slovakia and abroad in individual and organizing context too. She participated in special foreign educational stays in Belgium – Boston University in Brussel, USA – Jepson School of Leadership Studies , University of Richmond in Richmond, Darden school of Business, University of Virginia in Charletosville.

She gained special experience in business education by means of programme Internship in Ukrop´s Super Markets Inc. In Richmond, Virginia, USA

From 2009 – 2011 she was active in Belgium as an Independent Researcher. She studied organization culture and leaedership. She summarized her experience in a special monograph.

In 2017 she was a finalist in competition Lector of the year 2017. She has been devoting more than for 15 years in coaching activity in the fields of leadership, business culture and personality traits development.

Zuzana is an active number of national and international institutions..SOPK, ILA, ISBEE, European SPES Institute.
